Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is a South African model, actress and a TV personality. Brandt has made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand which is a drama set in the past. She began her acting career in New Zealand on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared on a number of shows over the last decade which included Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt plays Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. The family moved to Auckland with her family when she was in her teens. The path she took to her career started as model for print ads and commercial ads. She also worked as a consultant for IT recruitment and in retail before becoming famous as a fashion model. In 2009, she was cast as a character on the New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. Her first big appearance was in 2021 when she played the character of slave-girl Naevia for the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The character of Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen started her new role as a bounty-hunting demon in Netflix's smash hit Lucifer. The character she played on Lucifer was the most prestigious up to now. The show features her co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
